[[PageOutline]] = Who or what is Tachanka!? = Tachanka is an idea. It's the idea of providing technical services to emancipatory projects and groups of political change. Tachanka is also the groups of people behind this. There are many overlapping collectives that help to maintain the projects; an attempt at explaining some of this is below. The Tachanka idea operates within many shared principles, forming a supportive network to enable shared aims. The collectives are international, seeking to enhance global solidarity. These documents try to breakdown the various tasks involved in the operation of the Tachanka projects, and how they will be managed.
